On March 21st, the 3rd International Forum on Drinking Water was held at the Water Radisson Blu Hotel, in Larnaca, Cyprus.
The Forum’s theme: “Drinking Water Challenges and Opportunities for the Eastern Mediterranean Region” gived participants the opportunity to raise awareness of the global water crisis created by the impacts of climate change and discuss about ways to promote innovative actions and initiatives, to ensure access to safe water and preserve the health, prosperity, and well-being of people in our region.
Prof. Marios Polycarpou, Director at KIOS Research and Innovation Centre of Excellence gave a presentation of PathoCERT project and the key challenges of smart water system.
